北九州市の歴史や現在の取組み、
北九州八幡東区東田で行われている『北九州スマートコミュニティ創造事業』
八幡東区のまち歩きより北九州市を体験してもらいます。
The excursion will provide opportunity for the participants from Asian countries and Japan to have experience by looking at the actual history and current efforts in Kitakyushu city.

Visit to“ Chuomachi Shotengai” (a market covered with arcades) Shotengai is a small market developed along with a main street or near a train station although the size varies by town. Chuomachi Shotengai is used to be the center market in Yahatahigashi area, but now….Your will find it. |

Welcome Party The welcome party will be held in conjunction with the eve of “Share! Higashida Festival 2013”, a hand made festival by the Higashida community under the theme of sharing, which is elaborated as “Omochiyori, Wakachiai, Osusowake” in Japanese. The community people and businesses live in Higashida voluntarily sign up their contributions, such as manpower, money, performance and space, on a board called “Share! Board”. The festival is held to promote a community tie by working together. |
